And we've been lucky enough to have ours a few times! From work related accolades to physical rehabilitations, you can find us in videos and magazines, or on billboards and radio. At "second 13", you can even catch a quick glimpse (don't blink!) of us at a wine tasting event at the 2015 Bottega Gran Fondo...check it all out!

John & Heather Iorillo are originally from Ohio, now live in sunny Arizona with their two "furdren", Tank & Alex, and enjoy spending as much of their spare time as they can in Colorado.
On any given weekend, you might find this happy couple (and sometimes their dogs) on their bikes or a hiking trail, at a yoga or pilates studio, at a rock climbing gym or their niece/nephews' soccer games, at the movies or enjoying sushi or vegan fare at their favorite local restaurants.
They created this site to keep friends and family up to date on their daily adventures, as well as "talk" to the world at large about health, fitness, nutrition, and funny musings we call life. Enjoy the ride!
